Becoming a wholesaler at the Biscuitry
Thank you for your interest in stocking our beautiful biscuits! We offer wholesale pricing for retailers, coffee shops and deli’s that stock and sell interesting, delicious and beautiful food and gifting items. As an artisanal brand, we are careful to select and approve stores and spaces that resonate with our brand and offer their customers excellent products and service!
DELIVERIES
Orders with a value of R1500 or more (excluding VAT) will be delivered for free. Smaller orders will be charged for delivery at set rates —
R50 for Somerset West and surrounding areas
R85 for Cape Town and surrounding areas
R165 for National deliveries
Lead time
Our lead time is 7-10 working days for much of the year. At certain times however, during festive and gifting seasons, it stretches to 15-18 working days. We recommend that you plan your stock and ordering to take these lead times into account and to prevent your from days or weeks without stock on your shelves.
We will always do our very best to bake, pack and dispatch orders as soon as we are able to.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THIS LEAD TIME THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE DELIVERY AS WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE DELIVERY TIMELINES OF OUR COURIERS.
Payments
We require pre-payment before first orders are dispatched. Thereafter, we request payment within 7 working days. As a small business, we require and appreciate prompt payments to help us manage and maintain a healthy cash flow.
